Michael Sarkis is a visual artist based in Sydney, Australia. Interested in the arts as a young child, he has stepped forward to start his independent artistic career. Although focused on painting in his early years, Sarkis is expanding throughout other practices of sculpture, installation and digital art. He briefly studied a bachelor of fine arts at UNSW, but chose to focus on his working life and expanding his individuality. Michael  is deeply motivated by aesthetics of minimalism, while also pursuing realistic and hard edge styles.
